So How does the coaching work?Personal Assessment:One of our Certified coaches will sit down with you to discuss your training goals and personal desires. We will discuss the things you would like to work on and what you would like to get out of your training. Assessment of Time & Schedule:The key to a good training plan is maximizing the time you have to train. We will get an idea of the amount of time you have available for training and how to make the most of that time. The training plan will be designed to fit into your lifestyle. Fitness Assessment:We will run a few short tests in order to assess your current fitness level. This will give us a baseline for your training program. The tests allow us to determine your training zones. Program Creation:Based on these assessments we will create your customized training program. It will be designed with your training and racing goals in mind. We will identify the important dates and events within your plan. Interaction with your coach:At HamptonTri you will always have access to your coach. Your program is interactive. It is designed for you and can be modified to meet your changing needs.
