Vermont 50k Trail Run

We will be traveling to Brownsville VT on September 27th for the Vermont 50k trail run and 50 mile mountain bike race. Registration is still open for the run, so if you want to come along shoot us an email. The run can be done solo or as a relay. It's not too late to start training!!


Summer Fitness Class

We will be offering a total body fitness class on Thursday morning's at Albert's Beach. The class will consist of a 40 minute cardio session, 45 minute strangth training, and a 90 minute paddle boarding session. You can sign up for the whole thing or choose the individual parts you woul dlike to do.

Paddle Boarding

As you know, the abdominals are the cornerstone of all athletic movements. If you want to build speed, strength, balance and endurance, you must start with the core. Paddle boarding is an exciting way to enjoy the sun and ocean while building rock hard abs.
